News:

The server restarts at 2 AM and 6 PM Eastern Time daily. This results in a short period of downtime, so if you get a 502 error at those times, that is why.

How do you even keep track of something like that?...I probably can't even go an hour. 

Anyways, I bought a larger water container that holds 44oz to keep trying half marathons in the summer.  So far I've made twice this month but times have sucked being close to 7:30 min pace.  This last week it was approaching 80F at 4 AM so I'll be happy if I can get two half marathons in for July and August.

Got this pic of the Speed 65T60 sign at the end of a week with 65.60 miles (74.3 7 day total but it skews up week totals so keeping it off). How perfect. Got a selfie too but keeping that redacted. Done on an 18.5 mile run which will be longest of the season and longest run in 16 months.

Just out of curiosity how much strength training do you do?  I used to have a ton of leg injuries myself until I started building muscle mass in my 20s.
