Gwinnett County likes to do this. Here's a two-for-one at Buford Dr (GA 20) and Gravel Springs Rd (GA 324):

Here's one for Bucher Drive along GA 155 in Decatur:

And, just for variety, I'm pretty sure Iceland doesn't abbreviate at all, at least not in Reykjavík. Stræti is one of the common generic suffixes used there:

Heh, I thought this would be easy...but I have very few photos of street blades that do not have abbreviations.

Friedrichshafen Strasse / Fulton Street in Peoria:

It's probably pretty easy to include the suffix when the name is only one letter long.

This counts, even though the whole suffix is 3 letters long.  Boise, ID

Utah will often leave "Road" unabbreviated.

Kipling Street from I-70 near Denver, CO.

I guess none of these are street blades...hope that's ok. I don't really ever take photos of street blades.

Should be blade signs, yeah, since they're less likely to have the space to spare.

A funny street blade, on Maryland's Eastern Shore, where an abbreviation would've ruined the joke:

It's common in Paris to spell out the whole street name. The number of the arrondissement, or district of the city, is abbreviated, though.

Then, there's this somewhat less well-known street:

I-290   I-294   I-55   (I-74)   (I-72)   I-40   I-30   US-59   US-190   TX-30   TX-6

I'll revive this (again).
