I had Virginia at 100% in 2010.  There are 2 reroutes in southwestern Virginia since then that I have elected to not take a 12+ hour round trip to go get 3 miles.

What are they?
Government would be tolerable if not for politicians and bureaucrats.

^ Based on his TM lists, I would guess the 460 relocation in Grundy is one of them.

Missouri is surprisingly unclinchable
It most certainly would be if the lettered system was included in TM, but it isn't. If it was counted, I would probably have <5% of MO clinched as opposed to my current 16%. That number will increase, as I have several data errors and recent travels to account for. Should you decide to look at the map of my travels, you will notice that I am very much lacking in coverage of northern Missouri.
There would be lots of duplicate routes, as well. I suppose they would be named like this:

MOs<Letter>_<first 3-4 letters of county name> Example: MOsD_Sha (Shannon County). It is already like this for waypoints/exits for routes.

Kentucky is unclinchable. If you have a driveway more than 1/4 mile long, it's signed as a state highway.
Indiana: counties 100%, highways 100%
Illinois: counties 100%, highways 61%
Michigan: counties 100%, highways 56%
Wisconsin: counties 86%, highways 23%

I have a headache just thinking about clinching an entire state's route network. Seems like it would be incredibly technical and time-consuming work.
I like to travel for fun, thank you very much.

Working on "clinching" Ohio highways has kept me sane since the COVID crisis hit.
Please, don't sue Alex & Andy over what I wrote above

That's the one thing that might just drive me further out of my mind than I already am, but whatever keeps you going :)

Work is sadly keeping me from chipping at my 100% goal for Oregon.

Not the relocation but the new bypass of what remains of the older commercial strip (signed as US 460 Bus) south of Grundy (includes a missing bit of VA 83 as well).

Also missing VA 83 where they punched through a straight piece eliminating a horseshoe curve a little west of US 460

Also missing VA 80 where it was relocated near the KY line in anticipation of connecting it to new US 460

May also be missing the US 58 ALT bypass of Dryden and will drive it next time I'm out there to be sure.

I do wonder where the southern end of KY 306 really is.  You just head through Wheelwright and the road just gets narrower and narrower...

There's an "End State Maintenance" sign posted. It's at the intersection with Branham Hollow Road.

Updated above as I figured if any of this forum's members end up either newly on top of the "leader board" or increase their mileage percentage as I did today, I could keep track of them here.
