I thought there was a neutered version of the Autoroute shield.  Maybe the fields are red or blue and empty?  I thought I have seen this before.

Maybe it's in one of the old driver's handbook edition. There's one empty blue on page 116 in this link. https://www.scribd.com/document/114382284/Quebec-drivers-license-handbook
