There's a bunch of these in west Norman at the moment because of the hailstorm we got a couple weeks ago.

I recall one with the red light's visor falling (so not missing yet) on one of the bus routes I often rode on, but I don't recall exactly where it was, as it's been over a year since I've took the bus for fun.

Found this today: Bothell, Washington.  It's on one of those round plastic louvered lights, the kind not made by 3M, because 3M doesn't make those kind of lights any more anyway.
