Where flashers are needed: stop, wrong way, and other warning signs

These are wrong way flashers. Can we use more of these as well as the LaneAlert 2x system on more highways and interchanges?

And I've seen flashing stop signs, just not here in North Carolina. And no, I'm not talking about this or these. Or even this but I'm rather talking about devices like this. Can we invent more of these around? I'm sure they will help reduce crashes.
