US 89

Since the state route equivalent of this thread got bumped, why not update this one too. I have since traveled part of I-94 in the Chicago area, so my answer is now I-81.

I've never been on I-90. The longest one I have been on is I-40.

I-15 for me. Second longest is I-25. Longest physical E-W interstate is the western I-84, but number is I-30, as I have been on the eastern I-84.

Up until March of this year, my answer would have been I-10.

Excluding incomplete interstates, it is now I-84 (West).

Eastern I-86 - 222.26 miles.

For the record, the only 2dis I haven't been on are I-2, I-14, eastern I-86, southern I-87, eastern I-88, the Hawai'i interstates, and the Puerto Rico interstates.

technically speaking I have only been on I 49, 81, and 85 when they were duplexes with another interstate.  outside of that it looks like I have traveled zero miles of I 45.  and because it's so long I'm throwing in 476 in as well, I think I've been on all but a few of the long 3di but I know definitely not that one.

Bickendan

Don't recall if I've posted in this thread or not, but I-95.

Interstate 20 for me. My family mostly goes north and south through the Bible Belt to get to Florida, and never really go east or west across it. Interstate 20 is pretty much THE road that goes east and west through it.

I almost put Interstate 35, but I remembered that it has a concurrency with I-80 around Des Moines, which my family has went around many times. We've been on a lot of the longest interstates for a very short length.
This is my signature. There are many like it, but this one is mine.

I-55

I-10.

I've been on plenty of 80 and 40 and some of 90.

Checking my logs: The longest I haven't touched is I-A1 in Alaska.  After that, I am unsure about I-8 (although I could swear I ended up on a short section of it around Yuma; just not sure where, exactly).  After that, I-A4...after that, I-45.
No change, here.

Interstate 91 is my answer, I think.  In the past it was 85, then it was 20.  But I've since done I-20's duplex with I-59, and the section of I-85 north of US58 in Virginia.

Other Interstates I haven't driven (in case one is longer):

For me, it's I-25, though I have passed it on I-70 and I-90.

Longest Interstate I haven't intersected is I-8.

I guess I should update this, since I was on a good amount of I-25 in August 2019. The answer is now western I-84, something I hope to remedy in the coming years. Longest odd-numbered Interstate I haven't been on is I-45.

I-49

Crossed it a couple times though.

ethanhopkin14

Interesting.

I haven't been on I-39, I-68, I-72, I-74, I-82, Eastern I-86, Either I-88 and I-96.  Of that list, I-74 is the longest.

But wait, there's more!

I haven't been on the original I-69 alignment, just the Texas parts. If you add the other section in Indiana to the original route, I-69 would be the longest.

Interesting side note, when thinking of this subject, I realized I had never been on the original route of I-49, just the segment from Shreveport to Texarkana.  While not the longest, it does make the closest interstate to my home that I have never been on.

This also got me thinking of other subjects:  Have I driven any given state's entire interstate network?  Yes
Have I driven my own state's entire interstate network? No.  Interesting to mention here is that I had driven I-44 for many years, but had never been on the Texas part of it until late last year, and even that, I still didn't see all 14 miles!

wriddle082

Up until three years ago it was I-5, when I finally drove part of it in Sacramento (basically from the airport to I-80 but it still counts).  Now I think it's the western I-84.  Seems like I have been on bits and pieces of just about every 2di except for 2, 8, 11, 14, 17, 19, 27, 39, 41, 72, 82, western 86, both 88's, and 99.

jaehak

For me, looks like it's eastern 86, then eastern 88, then 73, then western 86, though I have passed that one on 84. Then maybe I 2?

adt1982

I'm fairly certain it's I-15.  I may have been on a small part of it when I was much younger.  If it's not 15, then it's definitely I-5.

DJ Particle

I trust mine is I-10.  I've been on I-80 and I-90, and a tiny part of I-40 in Nashville (its multiplex with I-24).
