Who makes the mast arms for the Pacific Northwest?

I've been visiting Oregon, Washington, and Alaska quite a bit in recent years, and one thing I've noticed is that I really like the mast arm installations. They have a rather brutalist look to them, as they are comprised of square angles. But what I really like is the redundancy. Every lane has a dedicated light, even if unnecessary. I'm not sure about those older ones, but these days, the main manufacture of mast arms (in the northwest, and I believe nationally) is Valmont. They're not quite a monopoly, but my understanding is that they're the primary manufacturer of the signal poles used around here by a large margin, so they make many different styles beyond the ones you're thinking of.
