News:

The server restarts at 2 AM and 6 PM Eastern Time daily. This results in a short period of downtime, so if you get a 502 error at those times, that is why.

US 20-26 in the Boise area.  A lot of it is still only two lanes.

The ones with signage gaps could really benefit from signage updates.  So, I'd like to nominate US 6 in Colorado for starters.

US 31 from US 24 to IN 38
US 231 from IN 56 to I-64
Indiana: counties 100%, highways 100%
Illinois: counties 100%, highways 61%

US-41, north part of Lake Shore Dr. in Chicago. New bridges, for sure.
And re-route 41 off of Foster Av, a 2 lane residential street. To Hollywood Av, Ridge, Peterson to Lincoln Av.

I'd say US-101 in Oregon.  It's not terrible, but given that it's the only real highway on 300 plus miles of the Oregon coast, there are a lot of areas where some curves could be smoothed out, maybe some extra passing lanes.
