I kinda figured it was a rural IL tollway because of the dash style, the fact that it was only four lanes (not I-90 or I-94), and the handrail on top of the half-Jersey parapet, which is still common in IL.

You can also use Imgur, which has worked well in my experience. Just go to imgur.com and do a new post, add your photo and copy the link. (There are a bunch of other photo hosting sites as well, but Imgur is the one I'm most familiar with.)
