I-73 actually hasn't been guessed yet, but I am going to take this to mean it's not I-73.

And I think I-87 (NC) is the only other NC 2di still up for grabs, so I'll take it just for fun in case none of the others are correct.

Yeeeah! There aren't many stretches with palm trees. I wasn't sure because I knew that had to be an older stretch of 69E. I have only been on it 20-ish years ago when it was US 77 only.

Is this I-30? Not too many interstates with a rest stop in the median, and I-30 has the only one I know of.

You got it! Sorry I missed yours in the quick entries. That one intrigued me earlier this year because the curves around it were a little much going 75 mph.
