I drove that section of I-5 in 2017, from Grants Pass to Redding and back up to Medford. It was a very enjoyable scenic drive...memorable enough to remember what it looked like 4 years later!

I was going to guess I-77 in Ohio because of the blue girders on the bridge.

I just knew it was OH because I thought the outer design of the parapets looked familiar.  And it wasn't my first guess of I-70 and my instinct was that it has to be an E-W route.

Anyway, here's one of my own from my archive, taken in 2006.  Blackout is of the one mile advance BGS for the next exit.  I think it mostly looks the same today, but may have updated pavement markings.
