Ok I know it hasn't been 24 hours just yet, but I need to go ahead and do a region reveal since everyone thinks this is PA when it just isn't.

The region, believe it or not, is Mid-South.

Thought it was Pennsylvania too. My guess is I-140 TN.

While PA certainly has lots freeways with that narrow of a footprint, usually (though not always, and sometimes they get knocked off) the median barrier has reflectors on it spaced out (Especially on the PTC highways).   The one in the picture seems pretty barren.
