I think you're right! Never thought to check I-790 but it appears to be from the Sept. 2021 Street View.

I kept combing through every 3di in the Northeast with the key features:
3 lanes, separated bridge but the ground pavement is joined, and there is an exit where it curves slightly. I-790 matched the bridge feature, so I had to check it 

Just want to note that I did not find I-790, he did.

That distinctive New York guardrail clued me in to the state, and then it looked like it was probably Upstate so I worked my way thru the x90's that weren't already eliminated.  I was convinced it was I-690 for a while before I remembered that I-790 does, in fact, exist
