That's I-29. Having most of the guesses already used up did help, but I was pretty certain based on the terrain (and the region hint) that this was NW Missouri.

Nice, and you saved me from sharing the link! Yes, I think a lot of people (myself included) associate I-29 with the flat Great Plains terrain, so I chose a hillier and forested spot in Missouri to be tricky.

Wow, that really did look like parts of I-81 in NY, although I knew it wasn't NY when I saw the rumble strips!

Ah ok. I could tell it was Mississippi due to the lack of black stripes and the double jersey barrier. It was just a guessing game of 10, 20, 55, and 59 (22 doesn't have enough lanes).
