You got it!  Looking south from the northbound lanes, just north of Exit 4.  If you pan around to look north, you'll see a FL-style cantilever gantry off in the distance that would have been a dead giveaway.

Ok if you must know, MN has a distinctive gantry truss style that I haven't seen in other states.  Plus I don't think I-694 gets very wide, and I-394 just has a different feel.  Therefore, 494.

Anyway, this might be easy...:

Same!! That was a tricky one!

I think it's only been that wide since the late 00's or early 10's.  It used to be an old school four-lane.  But even the FL Panhandle isn't immune to the massive growth that the rest of the state sees, so a rebuild took place.

Darn, really thought I was onto something with I-270. It had very similar vibes to the northern end.

Yes!  This is the inner loop, or westbound, shortly after coming off of the Key Bridge.
Many people forget that the Baltimore Beltway has a sizable four-lane stretch because beyond this point it picks up more lanes and traffic at the I-97 junction, plus most I-95 through traffic either stays on 95 or uses 895.

Darn, I almost guessed I-695. It was between that and I-795 for my next guess before I decided to wait and see on I-464. That was a good one - definitely atop my list of "most time wasted trying to find"!
