Yeah, after you made that guess it occurred to me that the terrain on I-279 where I screenshotted is rather similar to the terrain on I-470 as it climbs out of the Ohio River Valley on the Ohio side.  (Which I suppose makes sense considering I-279 is only a few miles away from the Ohio River at the screenshotted location.)

Actually I recognized the light rail in the media first, which I've rode on a couple of times, but yeah now I recognize the dam and could almost pinpoint it.

I was pretty confident that my suspicions were correct, given the Region 11 shoulder striping and an isolated concrete 2 lane carriageway.
