Mexican toll and motor vehicle registry authorities are cooperating to deploy sticker tags on the windshield of every vehicle in the country.

yes, because that is clearly the biggest of Mexico's problems now.

what's the penalty for not showing the correct sticker?  decapitation by drug lords?
