Rockford MI has a S Main, N Main and E Main, but that's because the street takes a 90 degree bend.

I'll still count it because this seems to be fairly rare. But yeah, I like the look of the Orange sign also.

Swainsboro, GA.  There used to be a sign stating the city is " Where Main Streets Meet as you entered on US 1.
Every day is a winding road, you just got to get used to it.

Crazy!  The north-south street is named West Main (both directions), and the east-west street is named North Main (also both directions).  Yet US-79 on West Main is posted as north/south.  I suspect that northbound LA-9 using the eastern portion of North Main has something to do with this, but southbound LA-9 is mulitplexed with US-79 on the southern portion of West Main.  Perhaps somebody here knows more about this curiosity.
