I saw this yesterday or the day before (6:xx AM EST), but under a different account with 1 post rather than a hijacked account. The Telegram username appears to be the same.

I already reported it...Was hoping for a new shield find.

Interesting. The account was active in 2017, posting halfway normal things and failing to upload images properly. Then it was inactive for a few years before posting the one spam message. My guess is the user had a shitty password and a spammer was able to guess what it was.
