What's going on at the Blackwell overpass on I-40?  Looked like the bridge is being supported.

It was hit by a tractor-trailer in February. My guess is AHTD is waiting for the trucking company's (Cooke Trucking) insurance to pay for the damage.

That's correct. Work is primarily complete and our normal recourse is to file a claim with the insurance company.

Could have been a much worse situation that is was.
