New York 5 and New York 7 in Schenectady.  The old Ground Round was already long closed by the time of this picture on June 22, 2011.

New York 245 and New York 247 in Rushville.  April 22, 2007.

I try not to use the same route in two pairs, but I also need to represent my home town's old sign for New York 5 and New York 67 northbound on New York 30. Taken in Amsterdam on November 5, 2016, before the bridge work that resulted in the sign's demise (as well as much more frequent and lengthy backups on the bridge from the dropping of a lane) in the early 2020's.

As a bonus that maybe doesn't quite fit: Quebec's A-15 and I-87 meet at the border, and this is the sign I have that I think was taken closest to it.  In Champlain, April 25, 2009.

Alabama 5 and I-59/20 join at this point in Bessemer:

I-65 lets SR 69 hitch a ride in Cullman; though historically, this alignment of SR 69 was here first. (Then again, it wouldn't be there if Smith Lake hadn't been formed, flooding its original alignment.) Up ahead is Alabama's last northbound rest stop on I-65, so the rare overlap and mile marker 300 designation is quite convenient!

For solely SR matches; here's 219 at 25 in Centreville (again):

I looked around, but Alabama has no intersections of routes which both ending with 6, unless one uses the hidden route designations. There's no US Route ending in 6 and many of Alabama's x6 state routes are quite short.

The western end of SR 106 was truncated to become CR 106, but that seems outside the spirit of the rules. It's not really an intersection, after all. US 82 is hidden SR 6...but I played this one already for 2-6.

I did live in Florida for a while, and the busiest 6-6 interchange is where SR 826 and SR 836 meet; the mile marker has the "836" on it, located west of Miami:
