This will be another underwhelming Oregon post. We have exactly one thirties-fifties junction, that of OR 233 and OR 154 west of Dayton.  Here's what that looks like:

In the 1st photo, southbound OR 233 comes in from the right, makes a right turns, and continues straight ahead, while OR 154 begins to the left.  The 2nd photo is from the perspective of southbound OR 233, so it continues to the right in the photo while OR 154 begins straight ahead.

Note that neither view has any route signage whatsoever, and southbound 233 doesn't even have any destination signage at the intersection (or leading up to it), so the unwary motorist wanting to stay on 233 won't know to turn right here.

If they do fail to turn and continue straight ahead, in a few hundred yards they will see this 154 route marker:

and hopefully will figure out they're now on the wrong highway and missed the turn for 233.

There isn't any route signage coming from the other 2 directions, either, but at least those have green destination signage.  In the past, there were 233 shields with directional arrows, but those were removed at some point, leaving the borderline-criminally undersigned intersection we have today.
