The server restarts at 2 AM and 6 PM Eastern Time daily. This results in a short period of downtime, so if you get a 502 error at those times, that is why.

Does anyone have a copy of the Guide for Development of Rest Areas on Major Arterials and Freeways (third edition). I'm curious as to what it recommends.
