I'm planning a road meet in the listed cities/towns on the North Shore of Massachusetts on November 8-9, 2025. Things to see and walk:

Day 1 -Saturday - 10:30am brunch at Depot Diner, Beverly

Drive to parking lot off of Rantoul and Cabot Streets

Walk:
Cabot Street, Beverly - flashing green/simultaneous red-yellow signal
Newly reconfigured and upgraded signal at North end of bridge
Veterans Memorial Beverly- Salem Bridge - beautiful bridge 1990's era
Route 127 crosswalk signal - vintage text don't walk/walk signs still in operation
Return to parking lot

Drive via Salem to Route 114 in Peabody - more flashing green lights
separate car and truck routes on Route 114 through neighborhood
multi-lane arterial adjacent to shopping mall and other commercial buildings recently retrofitted with flex posts and protected only turns for safety and new countdown pedestrian signal crosswalks and speed feedback signs  - traverse by car as far as Route 62 in Middleton Center and then turn
around

Dinner at 6pm at Sylvan Street Grill, Peabody

Day 2-Sunday, November 9; 12:00 noon

Park by church in Wakefield, Church Street near Route 129,South end of Lake Quannapowitt
Walk to Lunch at Public Kitchen, Wakefield
Walk through downtown Wakefield - interesting skewed intersections
Walk clockwise around lake
New shared-use path and remnants of temporary bike lanes
Site of old 8-inch flashing green/yellow-red signal that I bought in an auction
New RRFBs
New Shared-use path along lake as part of apartment complex mitigation

This actually might be a possibility for me. I likely won't have a license by then but if someone is willing could hitch a ride at the location. Would be my first road meet.
My username has been outdated since August 2023 but I'm too lazy to change it
