In celebration of today's "binary day" for Season 6, I was able to find these examples taken on trips to computing conferences.

I-5 and Washington 16.  February 23, 2010, while attending the SIAM Parallel Processing for Scientific Computing conference in Seattle.

I-16 exits for Georgia 204 and Georgia Spur 404.  February 16, 2012, while attending the SIAM Parallel Processing for Scientific Computing conference in Savannah.

I-5's exit for Washington 518 with a bonus I-405 on the sign.  March 10, 2017, back in Seattle while attending the SIGCSE Technical Symposium on Computer Science Education.
