An extension of US 78 west to Oregon, probably. :pan:

Before anyone says anything, I'm just trying to be silly.
May or may not be batticorn.

I also collect traffic lights, road signs, fans, and railroad crossing equipment.

Drop Limon as a control city on westbound I-70. It's not signed anymore.

The perennial "I-894 is deleted". It should have done as soon as I-41 was approved.
Supporter of the construction of several running gags, including I-366 with a speed limit of 85 mph (137 km/h) and the Hypotenuse.

Please note that I may mention "invalid" FM channels, i.e. ending in an even number or down to 87.5. These are valid in Europe.

Perhaps this is the meeting that will see NCDOT's I-777 application.  :D

Unless I missed it skimming the event agenda what is the executive committee discussing?

ElishaGOtis

I can drive 55 ONLY when it makes sense.

Clearly we'll finally get Interstate 9 in California!

Committee execution
Please, don't sue Alex & Andy over what I wrote above

Probably more proposed interstates in TX and NC.

I-366 in VA with an 85 mph speed limit.

I just sent an email asking about the USRN decisions, so hopefully we won't be waiting too much longer.

It'll be great to see all those proposals become reality, but they're long shots at best...

I think you meant I-7; no way they're getting rid of CA 9 just to put the number on a red, white and blue shield.

They likely have an application from Arkansas to extend US 78 to SR 367.  Then south to Little Rock along SR 367.

Do we even know if USRN met at this meeting? They weren't actually on the agenda anywhere I could see, unless I just missed it.

I may have missed it there too but I didn't see them on the spring meeting's agenda but there was a meeting.

I got a Final report PDF back from the USRN, though we're waiting on the individual applications (which were said to be done at the end of last week, but nothing yet). I have the link in Google Drive, hopefully it works:

Let me know if the link works for the rest of you; I should have updated visibility to anyone who has the link.

It worked!

Interstate applications:
  • Oklahoma -> I-644, which I believe is the Creek Turnpike
  • Oklahoma -> I-343, for the Muskogee Turnpike.... cue griping about that number
  • Apparently Pennsylvania submitted an application for an Interstate designation for some of PA-33, US-22, US-209?? that seems crazy. All were rejected.

There is some questionable grammar and poor wording all over this PDF file.

From Item 10:

QuoteEstablish new Interstate to be a junction off I-44.

Huh?

I-340 would have been a better choice for the Muskogee Turnpike
