I just heard about Angine de Poitrine for the first time a few days ago, when Steve Onotera (samuraiguitarist) showed them on one of his YouTubes.

He Is Already Here! Let's Go, Flamingo!

This is better than it has any right to be:

He Is Already Here! Let's Go, Flamingo!
Dost thou understand the graveness of the circumstances?
Deut 23:13
Male pronouns, please.

Because of the 'worst possible answer' thread, I've been on a Bob Dylan kick today.

Albums already listened to today:
The Freewheelin' Bob Dylan
Highway 61 Revisited
Blonde on Blonde

Currently listening to:
Nashville Skyline — Track #1, Girl from the North Country

He Is Already Here! Let's Go, Flamingo!

Deut 23:13
Male pronouns, please.

If you've never listened to Chase Holfelder's "major to minor" videos, I highly recommend them.  He takes popular songs that are written in a major key and then performs them in a minor key.

This morning, I listened to his rendition of Fortunate Son:

He Is Already Here! Let's Go, Flamingo!
Dost thou understand the graveness of the circumstances?
Deut 23:13
Male pronouns, please.

The Extras Menu theme from the Sonic Mega Collection video game, easily one of the most nostalgia-inducing pieces of music ever written.
May or may not be batticorn.

I also collect traffic lights, road signs, fans, and railroad crossing equipment.

I'm currently listening to Maxeen's self-titled album.  I'd never heard of them before a week or two ago.  Current track playing right now is Soleil.

Christmas is coming
The goose is getting fat
Please put a penny in the old man's hat
If you haven't got a penny, a half-penny will do
If you haven't got a half-penny, then God bless you...

(Or however it goes)

Ah, OK.  I forgot the name of the song that those lyrics originally came from.  I only really know it by way of A'Soalin' by Peter, Paul & Mary.

I was totally not reminded of this song by certain endlessly circular discussions on here. :pan:  :bigass:

"Don't Look Back" by Boston is starting to wrap up.

"Sludgefest" - Call Me

For context: some years back, someone took a vinyl record for an Alvin & The Chipmunks album that contained a bunch of covers of popular songs at the time and played it on an extremely slow speed so the vocalists sound normal, but the instruments all sound extremely distorted and heavy.
