From a Sunday drive yesterday:

KY/VA: US 421
VA/TN: US 58
TN/KY: US 25E
Government would be tolerable if not for politicians and bureaucrats.

I was recently in Bethany Beach, DE but needed to scope out something for a client who recently bought a condo on Hayes Ave, which is in Fenwick Island, DE. But their driveway and condo are in Maryland (not sure if it's within Ocean City town limits). So I originally left the state of DE via their driveway, then backed out of MD to return to DE.

Last time was in the summer this year, I left the state on M-49 and returned on I-69. I entered Indiana on US-20.

I had a get-together with a former coworker who now lives in Austin, Minnesota. I had time, so rather than do my usual route to Austin (US 218 is where I usually cross the border), I followed Worth County S68 north from the west end of Carpenter. (This road is the Worth-Mitchell county line road, also called Zinnia Avenue.) I turned east onto State Line St., then north onto Minnesota TH 105. I crossed back into Iowa on US 65.

I recently returned from Nevada and entered California via US 395.

Took a trip this weekend along the Mohawk Trail, and clinched the entirety of MA Route 2 from the NY-MA line to Boston Common. I had the stretch from Greenfield westward to clinch - last major chunk cleared was Fitchburg-Greenfield in Nov 2024.

In the process, I left and returned to MA via MA/NY Route 2.
