I would say Sault Sainte-John-Madden; it was part of Poiponen13's identity, while tolbs17 was more focused on hyper-regional North Carolina stuff and Mary Hannah was only one facet.

For I-57/Route 66 Fan: I've had this happen several times. Usually if I ask her name, she will respond, although it's often the only thing she'll do and it's clear she's not interested by not continuing to respond afterwards. There was one time where we actually agreed to meet again and she gave me a free meal, as she was the restaurant owner's daughter. We did meet up as promised... but it turned out she already had a boyfriend and was about to get engaged, so I'm not sure why she accepted.

As for the whole bot issue: the entire thing is a joke. Actual bots look like this:  https://www.aaroads.com/forum/index.php?action=profile;area=showposts;u=16512 The similarities are that both you and "Daisy" post stuff that seems relevant but isn't, but the bots we've had so far either reply to existing threads, create threads that seem relevant but are overly generic, or post obvious "bannable on first post" spam. You've at least had a consistent narrative in the Unpopular Opinions thread that exhibits childish tendencies but does point to being human.

Beautiful girls are people too.  Some of them might be stuck-up and "out of your league", but that doesn't mean they all are.  There are plenty of really nice girls out there who also happen to be beautiful.  Plus, especially as people move from childhood into adulthood, they start looking for more important qualities in people than just looks.  So don't let someone's good looks make you think you have no shot at having a nice conversation or even becoming friends.

But also, there's nothing super special about sitting next to a beautiful girl.  A few people are drop-dead gorgeous, some are pretty good looking, most are normal with some flaws, and some are on the uglier side.  That's life:  people look different.  But that's just one aspect of who they are.  Their personality is way more important than how they look.  Wouldn't you rather befriend an average-looking girl who's caring, easy to talk to, forgiving, fun to be with, and genuinely likes you—than befriend a "ten" with a rotten personality?

If you set your beauty standard lower, then you won't end up ruling out a lot of really great gals.

Around here traffic doesn't really thin out to levels I associate with it being "late" until sometime between 1 or 2 am.

That's Las Vegas though.  Around me in the Central Valley of California a large amount of the ag workers are up and getting out of the house at 5 AM.  The phenomenon isn't dissimilar to what I used to see in Phoenix before sunrise.
