Defeat of Democrats in New Jersey lifts lid on laxity & ripoffs at South Jersey toller

To be fair, this kind of thing seems to happen whenever a change in power occurs.  The party now in power wants to show how bad their predecessors in the opposition party were.

Of course, you don't even need a two party or multi-party system to have this problem.  Remember what happened in the Soviet Union during changes in leadership particularly at the beginning and end of Stalin's reign.  And, they were all allegedly of the same (Communist) party!
