The server restarts at 2 AM and 6 PM Eastern Time daily. This results in a short period of downtime, so if you get a 502 error at those times, that is why.

The Wabash Tunnel, which was converted for use as a HOV facility, was intended to be used for the SkyBus project.  The footage there is from the test track in South Park.
