News:

The server restarts at 2 AM and 6 PM Eastern Time daily. This results in a short period of downtime, so if you get a 502 error at those times, that is why.

The first one here would be at the overpass between the river and the IL 3 interchange.  It is currently dormant, but in the long term I'm not sure it's completely dead:

The second interchange, or some version of it, is still planned to be built in 2012-2016 time frame:

I'm not sure the design is the same as shown; a SPUI seems awful fancy for this area.
