News:

The server restarts at 2 AM and 6 PM Eastern Time daily. This results in a short period of downtime, so if you get a 502 error at those times, that is why.

UDOT plans U-turn for "Nightmare" Intersection in Draper

It looks like it will be at the I-15/US-89/UT-71 interchange.  Is this the first intersection of its kind?  I don't think that I've ever seen this before, but then again, Utah seems to be one of the first states to have used roundabouts and other traffic oddities.  Thoughts?

But, with the change-resistant nature of a lot of vocal people here, UDOT will be criticized for this (as they have been for installing CFIs, which opponents claim did little to help traffic congestion - well, that's not true). However, the 12300 South/State St intersection really is a nightmare, with the close proximity of a freeway exit to a junction of two major arterials.
