Annoying Carbon Copy Signs

I was wondering if there are any replacement signs that you have seen that needed to be updated, but never were.  Instead the same information that was on the original signs was placed again on it.

I can name some in Florida on I-4 and I-95 in Florida.  On I-4 EB east of FL 33 near Lakeland, the mileage  sign for years had its points as FL 559 and Orlando.  That is cause the next exit was for SR 559 and the control city is Orlando, but later on when FL 570 was constructed that now has the next exit east of there it was never changed.  Then recently when I-4 was widened from four to six lanes new signs were erected along it, but instead of updating that particular assembly from FL 559 to FL 570, it copied over the original wording.  The same on I-95 south of FL 407 near Titusville  after the recent widening project  through there  the copying over the mileage sign for FL 528 and Miami and not adding or adjusting the new Port St. John exit that is now the next exit either.

New Jersey has them and many I picked up on GSV. like the pull through on NJ 21 SB in Newark at the I-280 EB ramp that was originally for years in text and then changed to shields to denote the routes never added I-78 to the many routes that NJ 21 intersects along its way.  It just copied over US 1-9-22 from the old signs.  In addition, it also did NOT copy over I-280's control cities at the same time as the original signs had "HARRISON- JERSEY CITY" on them and now just "I-280 EAST" only.

Delaware 273 signs along Interstate 95 referencing Dover, especially in the southbound direction.

This should be Christiana or New Castle.

When Caltrans replaced the BGS's on I-8 east of San Diego, the copied all the info verbatim. The exits between Pine Valley and In-Ko-Pa vary with the last sign before exit as "Right Lane" "Next Exit" "Next Right", the arrow or "Exit 1/4 Mile".  Plus my exit, still has an auxilliiary sign for "Boulevard/Manzanita"  even though the primary BGS had Boulevard/Campo and Manzanita ceased to exist around 1980.

PHLBOS

This gem of a BGS is along MA 16 (Revere Beach Parkway) Westbound in Revere, MA just beyond the exit ramp for MA 107 North is a 2nd replacement for a 50s era MDC-spec'd BGS that was first replaced in the 80s and then more recently with the same exact info.  The only difference with the latest BGS is that it uses a route shield rather than numerals/text.

Note: the Revere Beach Parkway hasn't been a part of MA 1A since 1971; which is my bone of contention.  The first replacement BGS contained the obsolete info. when it was erected and now this current one does similar.  There should be a MA 16 shield instead.

I nominate this BGS on NB I-75/85 in Atlanta. This exit doesn't go to US 19 or US 29, and hasn't in about 30 years, but this sign, erected around 2010 or so, is a carbon copy of the previous one (in content, if not design).

Also both are equally good exits to go to Georgia Tech.

Yes, good selection for this thread!

Portion of my caption on the main site:

Sign changes made by 2012 include separate exit tabs but continue to incorrectly display U.S. 19.

The next caption for this photo references the US 29 error:

QuoteU.S. 29 is referenced here erroneously, as the route was relocated to Northside Drive along side U.S. 19 & 41 through to North Avenue.

What's this?  Georgia now using regular exit tabs!  I'm impressed.

Also in Florida on I-95 near Ormond Beach you have a carbon copy of "Holly Hill" next 2 exits approaching US 1 (Exit 273 SB) when in fact the next 3 exits are for it.  Originally the third exit (LPGA Boulevard) did not exist, so to access Holly Hill you had to use US 1 or SR 40.  Now with LPGA you can go directly into Holly Hill, but FDOT never amended the information and when construction in the mid 00s required all new signing, they just copied it over.
