FYI:

Andy and I will be shutting down the Highway Kickoff Page on July 1, 2009.

Many of the links are now dated or defunct and the task of maintaining the list is no longer a worthwhile endeavor considering the ease of finding information using Google search strings.

maybe we could bypass the problems of the defunct links by checking if those defunct sites had a back-up copy archived at the Internet archive, so we could link to the back-up copy located at the Internet archive
