It's puzzling to me that I only have one photo from a tens-nineties US hwy concurrency or junction, despite having been to many spots where it occurs. The only photo I could find is from the US 12 and US 95 concurrency in Lewiston, ID:

I'll go with the obvious one out west, US 20 and US 26.  These two routes have three different concurrent segments, and I'm going with a photo from the only one of these I haven't featured previously: their concurrency in Wyoming. This photo is from the western end of the duplex, in Shoshoni, WY:
