Picked up a good shape National Geographic Atlas. I can't find any dates on it but here are some clues.

Florida 9a under construction from JTB to Baymeadows

US-71 under construction from Brush Creek north to Penn Valley Park or so.

MO-364 under construction towards Saint Charles.

I-22/US 78 under construction around Cordova but not much else.

No construction around Worcester on RT 146.

Any ideals I'm guessing 96-98 time frame.

In Wichita, does it show the downtown Kellogg flyover finished, but no interchange at Oliver Street?  If so, the date is probably 1997.
