I think I have been on portions of every Interstate in Ohio, except maybe some of the auxilliaries in Akron-Canton-Youngstown.  I have certainly not clinched every Interstate in Ohio.  I have nearly clinched I-70 in Ohio, only missing the last quarter-mile of it.

I-68: clinched
I-70: yes (missing west of I-68 and a short stretch east of Frederick)
I-270: clinched (including spur)
I-370: clinched
I-81: clinched
I-83: yes (missing south of exit 5) clinched
I-95: yes (missing south/west of MD 5) clinched
I-195: clinched
I-295: no clinched
I-395: no clinched (including hidden 395A)
I-495: yes (missing west of MD 5 and the segment "between the 270s") clinched
I-595: yes (missing west of I-495) clinched
I-695: yes (missing portion between I-95 south and I-83 north on the east side) clinched
I-795: no clinched
I-895: clinched (including 895A/895B)
I-97: no clinched

(or, the short version:  all of Maryland is clinched except for the tiny segment of I-70 west of I-68.)

I-516: yes (missing north of I-16)
I-20: clinched
I-520: no clinched
I-24: no
I-59: no
I-75: yes (missing segment from SR 74 to I-475 south)
I-475: clinched
I-575: yes (missing north of SR 92) clinched
