TX 130 looks like it's designed to slow traffic down around the gantry!

Actually, most if not all of the cash lanes are closed, since no more cash is accepted on the toll road. I am not aware of any that have been reopened as functional TXTag or Pay-by-Mail lanes.

But I avoid this toll road so perhaps someone else has better info....
