Why Do You Have So Many Pictures Of Road Signs?

Not asking the question, just starting a thread for my road signs web site by that name.

http://www.teresco.org/pics/signs/

It's been around for many years and has been linked in my signature here almost since I joined the forum.  I don't claim it to be as nearly well-organized or formatted or pretty as many of the other sites out there.  It's unlikely to provide you or anyone truly useful information.  But, it does have quantity, and they're all taken by me or people traveling with me.  As you can see on the site's main index, it consists of a gigantic HTML file that links all of my sign pictures organized by date, but there are some more interesting (to me, anyway) subcollections like signs by numbers and collections of images presented inline from my travels on Interstate, US, and New York state routes.  All of those subcollections are linked from the blurb of text at the top of the main index.

I post this now because I've managed to clear out a backlog of pictures from the last 9 or 10 months in the past week or two, so it's all up to date until summer travel time starts.
Photos I post are my own unless otherwise noted.

Always enjoyed your site and the pics contained therein.

I've checked your site out for years, and just went there again. Always great pictures.

I love your collections. I think they're a great way to show the different sign styles and virtually "travel" the route with major points and cities.

I have worked on my own collections following the same pattern but never made it live, and now that I look I haven't touched them since mid-2011. I better get on that.

Jim, I've been following your site for years as well. Love your pictures and roadtrip collections. Keep them coming! :)

Jim's site used to be part of my weekly routine of looking at road web sites. Keep it up!

It's been a while since I've seen this collection of road signs. I'll have to check it out again when I have a spare moment.

I found your site many years ago and have always enjoyed my periodic look-ins. I'd love to duplicate your Alaska trip someday, though it'll be many years at the earliest before I get the chance unless I win the lottery.

"That sounded stupid, didn't it?"
