Kennedy Bridge Problems In Louisville

Not exactly a shinning inspection report. Not a horrible one but she is showing her age. I know with a new bridge maybe or maybe not coming online the Kennedy will have a reduced workload within 10-12 years. I have always thought replace her and do less with Spaghetti Junction. Either way the Kennedy will require IMHO some redecking and major metal work within the next 15 years. Might be easier to replace her and utilize the old piers for a new bridge.
