Visiting my friend in Grand Rapids leads me to reclinch I-196 whenever I do it, as I live in northeastern Illinois.  I have no clinches that occur regularly as I drive to work or run errands.
Avatar is the last interesting highway I clinched.

for me, hands down it is WI 125.  WI 125 is College Ave, Appleton, WI's main street, running east-west between downtown Appleton (I live in that area) and I-41 in the west edge of the Appleton area.  I drive the length of that highway several times every day.

My #2 would likely be WI 441, an 'I-441' style beltline freeway around the south and east sides of Appleton, WI.

Since I moved to Mason City, I can generally clinch IA 122 within a calendar month at least once, although I generally have no reason to ever go east of the HyVee at east edge of town.

When I lived in the Omaha area, I would routinely clinch NE 85 at least once every weekend and sometimes during the week. Link 28B was generally, though not always, clinched on trips to Fremont.

KY 498. It's one of three routes I can take from my home to the county seat or beyond (such as to my workplace) and there are some days I clinch it twice.

KY 1144 is another one I could clinch twice a day if I wanted.

Others that get clinched on a non-infrequent basis are KY 77, KY 82, KY 203, and KY 519.

I'd probably say IL 151 is my most common/frequent clinch, as its a nice short Illinois State Highway between Ava and the Bottoms area of Jackson County

My daily commute is (most of) the length of a County Highway, but best I know, Jackson County doesn't assign numbers nor use the blue pentagon shield for County roads/highways *EDIT* I've never seen it signed, but Google Maps seems to think my commute route is Jackson County Route 7

For most folks, that would just be any route in their metropolitan/hometown area that's useful for local traffic from beginning to end.  For me, the top two are I-635 (KS/MO) and KS 10.

If we're talking about in one shot, certainly I-590. Clinch and re-clinch all the time on trips to the airport, Henrietta, points south, and sometimes even points west if taking that route to the Thruway.

Oh, and also I-290, which is basically Buffalo's equivalent of I-590. Doing some quick math, I've probably clinched I-290 at least 300 times per direction, so roughly 600 times total.

My I-590 clinches are even more frequent than that, but also more random in occurrence, so I couldn't even begin to count, but it wouldn't surprise me if it's roughly double that (600x per direction / 1200x total)

I usually clinch Massachusetts' I-290 a few times a year.

I posted a similar question a few years ago.

However, I have changed jobs and no longer make that commute on a regular basis, although I still probably clinch that road a couple times a month.  I also clinch I-471 a few times a year.
2di's clinched: 44, 66, 68, 71, 72, 74, 78, 83, 84(east), 86(east), 88(east), 96

I don't think there are any. I was going to say MN 62 lately seems to be one I keep clinching in recent months, but I usually miss the segment between Gleason Road and Tracy Ave.

Roadgeekteen

Not a number and not that often but I clinch the Everett Turnpike in New Hampshire at least once per year often more.
