Same-way concurrency, then opposite-way concurrency of same routes?

Noticed an interesting situation in Chattanooga over the weekend involving same-way and wrong-way concurrencies.

After US 41 northbound pops out of the tunnel, it runs concurrently with US 11 northbound for a few blocks on Dodds Avenue, before US 41 (and US 76) turn onto Main Street.

Then, when US 41 northbound runs along Broad Street, it joins US 11 southbound at 20th street.
This also happens with US 60 and US 62 in Kentucky. Eastbound, they enter together from Illinois and split in Wickliffe, then rejoin in the same direction in Paducah. Then, near Versailles, US 60 eastbound is joined by US 62 westbound for a short stretch.

Any other places where this happens, where two routes run in the same direction in one spot, then in opposite directions in another location?

Government would be tolerable if not for politicians and bureaucrats.

Olive Garden must be stopped.  I must stop them.

Don't @ me. Seriously.

I-75 and US 23 have a wrong-way concurrency near the southern end of I-475 in the Toledo area, and then they have a normal concurrency between Grand Blanc and Standish in Michigan.
