The server restarts at 2 AM and 6 PM Eastern Time daily. This results in a short period of downtime, so if you get a 502 error at those times, that is why.

It should be noted that while there is no monthly fee, they will deduct $1 per month for account maintenance after one year of inactivity. As for E-ZPass/Sunpass interoperability, they are "working on it".
