Have you encountered a case where an exit that was already near a state line was temporarily, or even permanently, relocated across a state line?

The exit for I-64 and I-71 from I-65 South in Louisville has been temporarily moved to the Indiana side of the Ohio River.

Not quite the same, but the junction of US 95 and US 195 north of Lewiston, ID was moved east from Washington to Idaho when US 95 was upgraded to limited-access. US 95 no longer touches Washington, and US 195 now has a short segment in Idaho.

Exit B3 on the Berkshire Spur (I-90) is an example.  Originally, the Mass Pike ended at MA 102 just short of the NY line.  Now to get to MA 102, one has to exit on NY 22 and follow a NY road to get to MA 102.
Interstates I've clinched: 97, 290 (MA), 291 (CT), 291 (MA), 293, 295 (DE-NJ-PA), 295 (RI-MA), 384, 391, 395 (CT-MA), 395 (MD), 495 (DE), 610 (LA), 684, 691, 695 (MD), 695 (NY), 795 (MD)

From the east, you get off at MA 41.

In the St. Louis area, the exit to I-70 westbound from I-64 westbound/I-55 southbound fits this description with the new Mississippi River bridge.

I-35/Kansas Turnpike at the Oklahoma line. Once upon a time, it had a dead stop at a dirt road on the line. Exit built ~4 miles inside Oklahoma when I-35 was built.  :spin:

Hey, if we're including the Mass Pike stub, may as well include this one.

Exit 1 at the PA/MD line on I-81. Forgive me if I'm wrong with the history here, but at the time I-81 traffic was forced off at PA 163 and onto US 11 onto the next section in Hagerstown because it was not completed (sometime in the 70's). Maryland completed the final five or so miles and the exit was moved into Maryland with two ramps completed inside Maryland, and eastbound PA 163.
Pleased to meet you

Interesting one: I-84 Exit 1 in CT's eastbound exit and westbound entrance ramps begin and end in NY State.  And then there's the odd case of duplicate exit ramps for King St (NY 120A) at the Hutch/Merritt transition.

The ramp from westbound I-70 to eastbound US-40 begins in Indiana and ends in Ohio. The ramp from westbound US-40 to westbound I-70 begins in Ohio and ends in Indiana. Immediately adjacent to the interchange is an Indiana fireworks store with its parking lot almost entirely in Ohio. (Yes, I know this is a bit off topic.)
