Ludington, MI has a unique situation.  Although the US 10 & US 31 interchange has full movements, on EB US 10 at US 31 Business there is a somewhat erroneous shield directing motorists to mainline US 31 via its business route.

That in itself would count, if a motorists were following the signs!  It is somewhat erroneous as if you were heading EB to NB you would be going out of your way to reach US 31 via another interchange south of Ludington only to return to US 10 again.  SB, it might be a well deserved short cut and have total merit.  I do not know if the sign is still there at this moment as I was there back in 08.
Every day is a winding road, you just got to get used to it.

In Troy, MI, the SB ramps of I-75 exit 74 end at Square Lake Road instead of Adams Road, the NB ramps do connect to Adams though.

Guys. I think he wanted places where a minor surface road connects a freeway to a major surface road. But that's a silly request, since you can just pick any city and find numerous examples.

To pick Bellingham:

I-5 Exit 250: All ramps connect directly to Old Fairhaven Pkwy
252: Both off ramps connect directly to Samish Way, but the SB onramp connects from 36th & Fielding, and the NB onramp connects from Lincoln St
253: SB both ramps connect directly to Lakeway Drive, but NB both ramps connect from King Street
254: This is an odd one.  I believe the exit was originally signed just for State Street (and at least one NB sign is still a retrofit), but NB is now signed for State and Iowa, and SB is signed for State and Ohio.  Of course, NB both ramps connect to Iowa, SB both ramps connect to Ohio (and no ramps connect directly to State).
255: All ramps connect directly to Sunset Drive
256: All ramps except the SB off ramp connect directly to Meridian Street.  That ramp connects to McLeod Dr.
257: All ramps except the SB on ramp connect directly to Northwest Av.  That ramp connects from McLeod Dr.
258: All ramps connect directly to Bakerview Dr.
