Power Lines next to skyscrapers

On 14th St. in Midtown Atlanta there are high voltage power lines running along the street very close to a few skyscrapers.  Does anyone have other similar examples of this?  All other downtown areas I've been to have all the power lines underground.

This looks like it would be a safety hazard for a ladder truck or window washers!

A bigger hazard will be the trees they planted beneath the line if they aren't pruned.

That is unusual.  But it doesn't seem to me that it would be a hazard.  The power lines look like they're away from the side of the building and wouldn't interfere with window washers or ladder trucks.  Perhaps those lines are too high voltage to be buried easily.
