I just noticed the numbers too are in reverse.

Then the contractor who done work in Gold Rock, NC at I-95 Exit 145 did something odd. They removed the SB NC 48 panel and left straight through NC 4 and NB NC 4 & 48 on the gantry.   

In this case Two out of Three is bad.😂


What's up, too, with the lack of a SOUTH banner for SB NC 4?
