North Dakota 810

According to one source, ND 810 begins at I-94 at the same place I-194 begins in Mandan, follows the Bismarck Expressway around the south side of Bismarck, then ends at BL 94. Is this truly the case or a bad source? I would think it would end at I-94 on the east side of Bismarck.

I thought that I-194 ended at the BL exit and that was where 810 started...

It definitely ends at BL 94.
